Easter is just around the corner. Easter is one of those holidays where the date of it can change drastically. It can be in March or even late April. It’s not like other holidays that are the first Sunday of a month or specific date – it’s based on the moon! Very Cool!!
Any who, Easter is April 20th this year. A few Easters ago I made a fruit pizza for my mother in law’s Easter gathering. It was quite delicious. This year I’m taking the easy way out and ordering a HoneyBaked Ham for the gathering. I know, I’m cheating but it’s worth it to spend extra time with the family.
Usually for Easter we have an Easter egg hunt at my in laws house and either do the neighborhood Easter egg hunt or some other one in town as well. We had a blast making dragon Easter eggs last year. They look SO neat!
I have never really been into making the kids Easter baskets because my mother in law usually does that, but I think a phone call from the Easter bunny would be a nice addition to the basket this year.
I just learned about a service from Letters from The Easter Bunny that allows you give your children a call from the Easter Bunny. With the Free Calls from The Easter Bunny service you get to select your child’s name, phone number, the day/time, your child’s gender, and pick from 3 different personalized Easter Bunny Calls! Easter Bunny Letters and calls is registered with BBB (A rating), is on a Secure site, and is offered by a trusted company! I can’t wait to try it!
What do you usually do for Easter?
