Krystle’s Slow Cooker Crock-Pot Chili Recipe
This super easy beefy chili is perfect for game day or just curling up with on a cold day. Top with sour cream, green onion, and shredded cheese to make it even more special!

  • 2lbs ground beef
  • 2ribs celeryDiced
  • 1medium onionDiced
  • 2cloves garlicMinced
  • 115.5oz can pinto beansDrained
  • 115.5oz can kidney beansDrained
  • 215.5oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 115.5oz can diced tomatoesChili Style
  • 2tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 7tsp chili powder
  • 1/2tsp ground black pepper
  • 16oz can tomato paste
  • 2tbsp vegetable oil
  1. In a skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic to the hot oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and season with cumin and chili powder. Cook until ground beef is evenly browned.
  3. Place the ground beef mixture and all of the remaining ingredients in the slower cooker. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Enjoy!
