Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (unless otherwise noted)
• Be 18 years old or older at the time of entry

Timing

• The giveaway will start and end on the times indicated on the Rafflecopter widget and/or listed on the giveaway instructions.

How to Enter

• To enter the giveaway follow the instructions on the Rafflecopter widget and/or the giveaway instructions.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

Limit: Multiple people are not allowed to share the same email address and/or household. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Drawings

• A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by using Rafflecopter’s functions or random.org.
• The winner will be notified by email. The winner will be required to reply to the email within 3 days of the timestamp date on the email notification to claim his/her prize.
• If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted or fails to reply to the notification email within the required time period the potential winner forfeits prize and a new winner will be choosen.
• If a giveaway is sponsored by someone other than Home Jobs by MOM I am not responsible for late or lost shipments. Please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your prize. If you do not receive your prize within that timeframe please let me know so I can contact the sponsor for you.

Prizes

• The prize will be indicated on the Rafflecopter widget and/or in the giveaway instructions.
• All prizes are non-transferable. I reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Release

• By receiving the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Home Jobs by MOM, Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
• Home Jobs by MOM is not responsible for any inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the this giveaway.
• Home Jobs by MOM is not responsible for any technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software that cause the giveaway to function other than how it was intended.

General Conditions

• Home Jobs by MOM reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
