My kids especially my 8 year old loved Sleep Well for Kids Relax at Bedtime so much we just had to try Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea. We knew it would be just as good and we were right!!

In this bedtime CD the gentle voice of Janet Montgomery guides you on an adventure to the beach while the whole time a soothing melody plays in the background.

Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea starts by preparing your mind and body for sleep. You are reminded to get comfortable by relaxing your body from head to toe while breathing out any troubles of the day.

A lot of visualization is used in this CD taking different senses into account. You are to imagine flying on a cloud, feel the wind on your face, and visualize how small things are from way up in the sky on your journey to the sea.

I love how Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea throws in a lot of educational, safety, and health tidbits along the way. For example, as you are riding on that cloud they remind you to wear your seatbelt like you would in a car, when you see some vegetables from way up in the sky they remind you how they are good for you, and when we visit the sea they remind you to be respectful of other people’s homes.

In the ocean, kids learn some neat things about sea animals too. Like a starfish can grow a whole new body from just one of its arms, there are over 85 different kinds of angelfish, and octopuses can change their color to reflect their mood. I even learned some new things along the way!

Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea is an amazing CD that my kids request to listen to often. Breathing and counting techniques combined with learning and soothing sounds is a perfect match! Highly recommend!!

What helps you sleep?
