Last year I went with a friend to one of those Mary Kay meet and greet sort of things. Where they tell you about some of their products, let you try them out, and then hound you to join them in their clan. While I am not a salesmen I did find the meeting to be informative.
I learned that you aren't supposed to rub around your eyes. You are supposed to pat any cream or gels in that area because it's so much more sensitive than our other skins. Rubbing too much can cause wrinkles and break capillaries.
Bad for me considering when my eyes itch I rub them like there's no tomorrow. Especially in the tear duct area. Rats, I want to get rid of wrinkles. Not cause them!
Thankfully, products like Adovia Mineral Eye Gel can help out my previous eye abuse. The makers of Adovia Mineral Eye Gel say:
Our Promise: Your Eyes will Look 10 Years Younger or Your Money Back!
Reduce Puffiness Under and Around The Eyes – Makes Eyes Appear Years Younger and Radiant!
Gets Rid of Dark Circles Under Eyes – Your Eyes Will Look More Youthful and Refreshed!
Formulated Specifically for The Genltle Area Around the Eyes – this Light Eye Gel Absorbs Quickly into Skin for Deep Hydration
Dead Sea Salt Delivers an Immidiate Infusion of Dead Sea Minerals – Essential for Proper Skin Health and Beauty
Contains Vitamin C which Delivers Powerful Antioxidants Deep Into Skin Cells
I found Adovia Mineral Eye Gel to be very refreshing! It has a great smell and isn't too oily. It absorbs quick and is great for teary nights. Anytime I cry at night and then go directly to bed my eyes are SO swollen the next day. Adovia helps with that!
Just don't accidentally get some in your eye like I did. It burns! I hope to see in time that Adovia has kept my youth in tact. People seem to love this brand and I can see why!
I did not know that on the rubbing of the eyes as I do that quite often, Krystle! Hopefully you don’t cry too often, our friend! 🙁
Yes, the skin around our eyes is super sensitive and delicate. I especially rub my eyes tons during allergy season which is bad. They just get so itchy though.
