Construction project management is managed and run by a construction project manager. A construction project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and monitoring the construction project.

They are responsible for estimating costs, forming a budget, creating a schedule, managing tasks, and communicating with workers and other parties. But, first, you need to develop a contract management plan.

What is a contract management plan?

A contract management plan is a document that focuses on the ways and methods by which the team will execute a contract or project. In other words, this document includes details about the materials and requirements for the project.

A contract management plan may be written where every single piece is penned down. On the other hand, it can be written informally and contain only essential information.
