Where Can I Buy Lavash?
We made these Deconstructed Apple Pie Lavash Nachos using Atoria's Family Bakery's Traditional Lavash Flatbread. This flatbread is an excellent choice for those looking for a healthy and delicious alternative to other breads.
We love that all the ingredients are pronounceable, it can be used in many ways, and most of all, it tastes SO good. Additionally, it's low-calorie and can be stored in the freezer for six months, so it's perfect for those who are dieting or always want tasty bread on hand.
Atoria's Family Bakery also makes a variety of other flatbreads such as naan, pita, pizza crust as well as other flavors of lavash like roasted red pepper, whole grain & flax, and cauliflower & coconut. These guys are all vegan, kosher, and non-GMO, too!
You can purchase Atoria's Family Bakery directly from their website with free shipping, usually arriving within two days. It is also available for purchase at many local stores as well as Amazon.

It's that simple!
Other Sweet Twists on Naan and Lavash
Let's start with a classic favorite: Nutella. How about spreading a layer of creamy Nutella on your naan or lavash and topping it with ripe, juicy strawberries and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios? The lusciousness of the Nutella, the burst of sweetness from the strawberries, and the crunch of the pistachios will create a dessert flatbread that is both indulgent and satisfying.
For those who enjoy the combination of sweet and tangy flavors, a fruit and cream cheese lavash roll is the perfect choice. Start by spreading a layer of cream cheese on a warm lavash, then add a medley of sliced fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, and peaches. Roll it up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces. The creamy richness of the cheese pairs wonderfully with the fresh fruits, creating a refreshing and satisfying dessert option.
If you're feeling adventurous, experiment with a savory-sweet fusion by trying a caramelized apple and cheddar naan. Sauté thinly sliced apples in a pan with butter, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of cinnamon until they become golden and caramelized. Place the mixture on a warmed naan and top with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Fold it in half or roll it up, then warm it again until the cheese melts. The combination of the sweet apples, gooey cheese, and slightly savory naan creates an unexpected yet delightful dessert experience.
