If you are free on weekends, change the meals you eat during the week. When you are busy, it is much easier to eat whatever is hanging around without thinking whether it will be healthy.
Every weekend you can change the meals for the following week and add something new and different.
For example, nuts are very healthy and also provide you with the essential proteins. They can give you a source of sustained energy for your exercises and make a great snack.

Don't skip meals
When we are busy, it is much easier to skip a meal. It can be a disaster for burning fat.

If you live on the first few floors of the building, try to go down without an elevator and sometimes climb the stairs as well. When you talk on the phone in the office, get up and walk around. If you want to go shopping somewhere in the city, go on foot, and don't forget to sleep enough.
