Congratulations, you have decided to get serious about your weight loss and have subscribed to the Personal Trainer Food™ (PTF) weight loss meal plan!
You've put your best foot forward and have completed the recommended clear liquid fast, but now what? Keep reading to learn how to make the most of your new lifestyle.
How Meals Are Structured
Meals are structured pretty much the same way no matter what meal plan you selected. There are just some slight differences, as you can see above.
When eating PTF meals, for breakfast, the goal is eggs and a breakfast meat. Easy right?
Then for lunch and dinner, you want to stick to one meat and a serving of vegetables. However, in the Rev!™ meal plan, it's suggested to have two servings of vegetables for dinner to fast track the process.
Make Your Own Breakfast
If you didn't add breakfast to your meal plan, no problem! PTF makes it extremely easy to make your own breakfast.
Again, you can have eggs (any way you like them) plus breakfast meats like bacon, ham, and sausage. These are foods most people enjoy, and the best part is you can eat as much as you want!
If you are getting tired of eggs, you can have other things like deli meat, salmon, apples, cheese, and nuts. Top it off with some butter coffee to get your day started!
Add Your Own Snacks
Snacks are optional in all PTF meal plans, but you are allowed two snacks a day. Pretty sweet.
Snacks can consist of olives, nuts, edamame, cheese, meats, and more. Or, you can make it super simple and add snacks to your PTF order!
Think high protein snacks like hard-boiled eggs, tuna, or anything that promotes weight loss in the guidelines (pictured above).
Just try to keep serving sizes in mind, so you don't go overboard.
How to Prepare Your Meals
All PTF meals are precooked, so cook times are short and easy.
Each meal is inside a steamer bag that you simply pop in the microwave to heat. Just don't poke any holes in the bag, or the steaming effect will be lost.
We love that within a couple of minutes; we can be sitting down eating a healthy meal that actually tastes great. Trust me; this tastes nothing like diet food!
How to Zest Up Your Meals
We love our condiments. Most meals aren't complete without them in our minds, and PTF doesn't disappoint.

Keep reading to learn how to make the most of your new lifestyle.Click To TweetMany weight loss programs say condiments are a big no-no, but with PTF, you can use any sauce or seasoning as long as it's less than 2g of carbs per serving and doesn't have added sugars.
Your order comes with a tasty bottle of Sweet Garlic Butter Sauce, but if that's not your groove, PTF offers other flavors as well.
Just make sure to read the label on everything and stick to foods that promote weight loss (chart above), and you'll be right on your way to losing weight. Good luck!

i have trouble breaking my diet not good…i liked the products ty 🙂
I think most people have trouble keeping to a diet. It’s hard!
I find that I can do so much better following a meal plan/counting calories. I sometimes tend to under eat in my quest to not consume too many calories. So it’s more practical to actually see what a healthy meal should look like versus me eating what I believe is healthy and not getting enough nourishment. And I definitely need to plan if not prepare my meals ahead of time.
Calorie counting is the only way my husband was able to lose weight. Thankfully with personal trainer food you don’t have to think about calories if you stick to the plan
I have found that slow and steady works way better for me than fast and sporadic. Eating right and exercise is key, but mentally the focus has to be there. If the mind isn’t prepared and ready to commit …it’s going to be more like a battle without victory in sight. With pace and time the results will be amazing!
Yes the key to personal trainer food and any diet is to make it a part of your daily routine
