I am still working on getting my house unpacked and situated so sadly I don't have a recipe to go along with this review. I hate that I have to miss them but I just don't have enough time at the moment. I'm hoping next week will be more normal.
However, I did have enough time to make muffin mix packets. They are so simple. Just throw the mix in a bowl and add half cup milk and you're good to go. I made blueberry and wildberry muffins using my Grazia Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan.
Even though I baked them in silicone which typically increases the cooking time by a good chunk I didn't have to do so with this pan. The recommended time was 10-12 minutes and I did 12. Cooked just fine.
I didn't use any cooking spray with my Grazia Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan but I probably should have (as they recommend). The muffins didn't come out as easily as I thought they would. I ate some of the left over pieces which isn't pictured. Totally my fault for not listening.

Overall, I love my Grazia Silicone 24 Cup MINI Muffin Pan. I've learned I'm a big fan of silicone products and this pan is no exception. Works great and best of all is super easy to clean unlike metal pans!
