It is amazing what a black sharpie and a plastic cup can do to a normal breakfast. After I gave my son these cute little cups the next day he wondered why the food I was giving him wasn’t decorated for Halloween. Kids.
I’ve found breakfast type foods to work best with this idea because there are more things that can be dyed easily. Oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, milk, cream of wheat, you can use orange juice…you get the gist.
You can also make monsters in addition to ghosts, pumpkins, and skeletons. Let your imagination soar. The whole inspiration for the Halloween Breakfast cups came from a picture of monster faces on cups that I saw on pinterest. You know we had to make those as well. Yum!
Remember if you can dye it you can turn it into something fun for your kids! I hope you and your children have a fabulous and safe Halloween this year!!
