March is kind of a limbo month as far as weather is concerned. It’s not quite yet spring and winter technically isn’t even over yet you’re dreaming of summer. Oh summer, how I miss you! Well, certain aspects of you anyhow. I miss the days that aren’t sweltering, the smell of sunscreen and pool water, and my kids rarely getting sick.
Since I’ve been longing for summer I decided to create a cocktail that reminds me of it with every relaxing sip. You know how certain summer drinks like Pina Coladas are refreshingly fruity and just scream summer. Well, that’s what I wanted in my Moscow Mule Copper Mugs (No, you don’t have to drink just a Moscow Mule out of it).
Why not a margarita or hurricane glass, you ask? I wanted an absolutely gorgeous piece of drinkware that helps keep my drink ice cold. A copper mug was the perfect choice considering copper allows coldness to spread throughout its surface, even to the rim. This makes drinks seem colder which I love. It’s just something standard glassware can’t compare to.
These Moscow Mule Copper Mugs by Advanced Mixology are made of 100% pure copper and the utmost attention to detail. Each mug takes 72 hours to be converted from a 22 gauge plain copper sheet to a hand hammered piece of art. They are stunning and make a wonderful gift!
These copper mugs aren’t some flimsy pieces of scrap metal. Each mug weighs half a pound giving you something substantial to hold and drink out of. You will look totally stylish drinking out of it too. It has that frosty, come and get it gleam to it. Especially with an Irish Beachcomber Frozen Cocktail in tow!
You can make this drink in larger batches for a party, or you can make them individually. The choice is yours!
