kitchen appliances, kitchen, appliances, new homeowner, kitchen appliances must have

Being a new homeowner is hectic and it takes time to get used to being in charge and having to take care of everything on your own. Thankfully, we live in a time where technology is always there to make life easier. One section that requires the use of electronics without fail is the kitchen. Having to cook on a daily basis can get chaotic and is not easy even if you love cooking.

Here are six kitchen appliances that will turn cooking into an easier and much more enjoyable activity.

Kitchen Appliances 1: Food Processor

A food processor can be a huge time-saver.  Instead of cramping up your hand by beating ingredients down to a pulp or chopping them up, you can just throw everything into the food processor.

Saving you TONS of time rather than doing manual food labor, which isn’t that fun anyway.

Kitchen Appliances 2: Full Capacity Freezer

We all know the presence of a refrigerator in your kitchen is an absolute must. But having a refrigerator with a large capacity freezer is just as important.

You can extend the life of so many foods just by freezing them. You can also chop, cut, and freeze a lot of ingredients so that you can simply take them out and use them whenever needed. This helps bring down your daily cooking time too!

Kitchen Appliances 3: High-quality Coffee Machine

A good quality coffee machine is something you just have to have in your kitchen! One cup of coffee is enough to make or break your day. Instead of trying to save money and buying a cheap model, invest in a reliable brand that you know you will not let you down.

DeLonghi is known for its high-end coffee machines all across the world. Take a look at their machines and see if you can find something that suits your budget.

Don’t be surprised if it becomes one of your favorite kitchen appliances.

Kitchen Appliances 4: Multi-feature Microwave

Sometimes heating food up on the stove can be too much of a hassle. Let’s face it, we all have those lazy days. This is why having a microwave in your kitchen is a must.

You can now even find certain models that can roast and bake as well. Double and triple duty for the win!

Kitchen Appliances 5: A Dishwasher

Imagine having to wash every used dish, glass, or utensil every day, several times a day. It is truly a pain and to be honest I don’t have any urge to do it.

A dishwasher will help clean your dishes with little effort on your part. Every time there is a pile of dirty dishes that need to be washed, you can just load the dishwasher and have clean dinnerware in no time.

Kitchen Appliances 6: A Toaster

This may seem very basic, but if you don’t already have a toaster you are missing out on a lot. A toaster will have your bread ready to be buttered in a matter of seconds and all you will have to do is pop in a couple of slices of bread and wait for the toasty goodness to pop out. It’s super handy for Pillsbury Toaster Strudels addicts too, like my son.

Bonus: Touch-Free Kitchen Faucets

There are many different electronic kitchen faucets available. But we personally love touchless kitchen faucets. It especially comes in handy when you are cooking and your hands are dirty. Make sure you buy the best one by checking some online reviews before you dive in.

These six kitchen appliances will make the art of cooking and housekeeping so much easier for you. Not to mention how much time they will save you too!

But remember the more electronic devices you have the more risk you are for power surges. Make sure your property is safe and compare some of the top whole house surge protectors on this list.

I have way too many little kitchen appliances. I need to start thinning them out because only some get used.

I definitely wish I had a fridge with a bigger freezer. There’s just no such thing as a freezer that’s big enough, lol. I think I need a big freezer in addition to the fridge freezer!
