Today is National Beverage Day. Yes, it's a thing I didn't know about either but apparently it's celebrated every May 6th. To join in on the fun I decided to make a delicious punch. Not just any ole punch, though – a healthy punch! This punch is actually pretty healthy for you containing extra healthy stuff thanks to Lean Greens.
Lean Greens is a green powder supplement. It's great for those of us that find it hard to get in our daily vegetables. Ha. That's pretty much everyone I know.
Lean Greens contains 5 grasses, 3 superfood vegetables, 2 berries, 6 digestive enzymes and 2 metabolic ingredients that help you feel full and keep your gut in prime condition.
I could have thrown together any old punch but I wanted to drink something with a little more substance. Lean Greens added 30 calories, 6.5g carbohydrates, and 1g of protein to my Mandarin Sunrise Punch.
The grassiness flavor of Lean greens surprisingly made the punch taste more tropical. It almost has a mango pineapple taste even though those ingredients are nowhere to be found in this recipe. My son described this drink as being addicting. I say I have to agree!

How do you sneak greens into your diet?
This sounds both delicious and refreshing! I love that it has the added healthiness with the greens powder. I really need to get some of this! Thank you so much for sharing.
It’s always great to have a bit of hidden greens in any smoothie or punch recipe if you can. The fruit flavors often help hide the taste.
It looks too delicious to be healthy! I’d love to try it. Thanks for posting!
It’s always great to sneak in some greens! Most people don’t eat enough of them 😉
That looks quite delish! Thanks for the recipe!
What a great way to include greens in the diet, I need to get some for my children!
wow, I am also quite conscious of what I take….. I would want to try your recipe/formula 🙂
This is something I could do at home minus the green powder supplement. Thanks for the share.
This is something I could do at home minus the freen poweder supplement. Thanks for the share.
This looks like a really refreshing drink for the summer! I can imagine myself drinking this while hanging out with the family in our yard! Thanks for the awesome recipe!
I’m going to definitely use this little recipe so I can trick myself into eating healthier! Great way to put some greens in your body, thanks for sharing!
That’s a great way to sneak in some veggies. Granted I would prefer to substitute the green for tequila – but I guess that’s another drink LOL
Haha. That can be the adult version and the kiddos can have the healthy one.
I’m a little lazy when it comes to making punch or even those smoothies. But it wouldn’t hurt to try this one. Plus, the lean greens are better alternative for those who don’t have food processors for their preferred greens.
This looks so good! I’m definitely going to give it a try 🙂
it looks so refreshing! Perfect for warm days!
That sounds really delicious and flavorful. I am going to need to try some of this 🙂
