I don't know what it is about mosquitos and me. They just LOVE me. I can't go into my grandmother's backyard or most places outdoors without being bit. The same goes for my oldest son while on the other hand my husband and youngest son rarely join in on that fun. Lucky them!
Thankfully there are products like the Mosquito Repellent Bracelet that help us a ton. My in laws visited for 10 days and in that 10 days went spend a lot of time outdoors. We did a lot of fishing and walking around outside and I didn't get one single bite! I'm SO grateful!
The Mosquito Repellent Bracelet is perfect for adults and kids. It can easily expand to fit an adults arm or legs yet when not expanded it even fit my 5 year old son. Being made of Geraniol Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Citronella Oil, and being completely non-toxic and DEET free I'm completely fine with my children using them. Never know what kids will do.
I love that these bracelets don't leave any kind of sticky feel like a spray usually does but they do have the Citronella scent going on. Now if only these bracelet protected me against ants and gnats I'd be set. They are brutal at baseball here.
The Mosquito Repellent Bracelets comes in a pack of 4 for around $10 or a pack of 50 for around $60. Each bracelet provides 200 hours of protection (even in water) or just over a week. I'm definitely going to have one of these bracelets on my wrist or ankle anytime I'm outside. Might as well, right?
I would highly recommend these Mosquito Repellent Bracelets to anyone that is unluckily loved by these blood suckers. They've helped me out!
Do mosquitos love you?
I have wondered if these things work, so I liked this post told me more about them
They worked nicely so far! The real test will be in a few weeks when we are swarming with the buggars.
We are about to go on holidays and you will not imagine in two months time, how much time, my 4 years old daughter is always bit by mosquitos that she develop all black spots on skin.
I will try to find this band for my daughter before leaving for holidays. I never knew there is such thing available. Thank you for letting me know.
Wow. I’ve never heard of mosquitoes causing black spots. Are you sure they are mosquitoes? Those don’t sound fun at all!
Yes those are mosquitoes after red pimple it leave mark on skin of my daughter. Doctors told us her skin is sensitive n my daughter is not habitual of damp environment and mosquitoes.
I guess she much be really allergic to them. Ouch!! I feel for her.
Oh, do we need these where we live, mosquito season is going to a bear this year where we live. UGH!!!
I’m not looking forward to the mosquitoes either Susan. The little guys are out right now but I’m totally not looking forward to the big grand daddys. And we have been having tons of rain lately – the perfect breeding ground. Ugh!
