muay thai in thailand

Phuket in Thailand is one of the most beautiful places in the world and is home to Muay Thai. When you plan a vacation in Thailand, this is one of the activities that you must experience!

The game is fast-paced, fun, and provides an authentic experience of Thailand and beyond. From Muay Thai and sightseeing to the outdoors and festivals, learn why you should plan your next vacation in Thailand.

Planning Your Thailand Trip

To make your travel as stress-free as possible, always take the time to plan your vacations. Don’t just wing it.

The first step is to ensure you have an adequate budget for all your travel needs, including air tickets to accommodations, Visa documentation, sightseeing, and more.

Consider the average costs for meals too.

Once you have determined your budget, the next step is to plan where to go and what you will do during your trip. To make the most of your journey, learn about the most popular attractions in the country.

In Thailand, you can visit the beach, the local island, and the various temples that the destination is well-known for. For example, Phuket’s Big Buddha Temple is a very popular tourist spot. If you are going to engage in outdoor activities, make sure you plan a trip for the time of the year when the weather is ideal.

Part of the experience is to visit the local markets, restaurants, and the combination of urban and rural life. Thailand is culturally rich. Therefore, exploring as much of the city and the local life as possible will create the best experience.

Visit a Muay Thai Boxing Training Camp

A must-see and do in Thailand is a visit to a Muay Thai training camp. Muay Thai boxing is at the heart of Thailand and is a spectacular experience if you have never participated in the combat sport.

You will work out at a Muay Thai training camp that is spacious and located in the heart of the beautiful island of Phuket.

For women, the Muay Thai training camp is a great way to achieve fitness and build strength without developing large muscles.

“…food is almost certainly the best way to learn about Thailand. I was both overwhelmed by and obsessed with Thailand’s cuisine, but I also found food a way to improve my language skills, meet people, and learn about the culture.”

– Austin Bush

Muay Thai will engage the entire body facilitating weight loss and helping achieve an incredible physical shape. The camp also offers affordable accommodations to rest and rejuvenate in preparation for your next session.

Along with your stay, you can enjoy delicious meals created to support your transformation. They will help you eat like a Muay Thai champion so you can be fit like one.

Your trainer will encourage exercise on the beautiful beach with impressive views leaving you feeling refreshed and motivated to reach your goals.

From fitness and weight loss to powerful and exciting training sessions, joining a Muay Thai camp in Thailand will be the experience of a lifetime. Happy travels!

Nice list here. I love Phuket; been there about 4 times, I believe. I enjoy the southern half of the island. Rawaii is always our jump off point. Big Buddha, days at Nai Harn Beach and motorbiking around the central jungles of the island feel fun to me. Also visiting one of the many Buddhist vegetarian, or Jai, restaurants, around Phuket.
