When I think of stainless steel pans I think of a pan that is entirely made of stainless steel. I used to have a stainless steel pot and pan set and I hated the pans. Everything stuck to them. It was awful. I ended up tossing the pans for non-stick ones.
Ozeri makes many great products. I love their bathroom scale! The Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan is far more special than regular stainless steel pans though. It features ETERNA – a safe and natural non-stick coating developed in the USA. This makes it the world’s only stainless steel frying pan to achieve non-stick perfection without using PFOA. That’s great! All other non-stick pans achieve their non-stickness because of harmful chemicals. Boo!
The Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan is also far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick pans because of the ETERNA coating. It allows you to saute, fry, bake, boil and braise with as little as half the amount of oil normally used, and cleaning is a breeze.
Cooking eggs in a pan always give me a great idea of how non-stick a pan really is. Eggs stuck to my regular stainless steel pans like no other. On a side note, the pan itself is lovely (and sturdy)-having a mirror likes stainless steel exterior.
Cooking sunny side up eggs in the Ozeri Stainless Steel Earth Pan was a breeze. Nothing stuck to the pan at all and it cooked very evenly. I could of just wiped out the pan when I was done and the pan would of looked brand new again. This is going to definitely be one of my favorite pans other than the regular Ozeri Green Earth Pan of course. What sticks to your pans the most?
