  10. I have had a paypal account for years, got it for ebay purchases. I don’t use it alot but this sound like a great way. There is always a walmart around

    • There are scams like that all over, unfortunately. I have always had good luck with Paypal in those types of situations.

    • I have found that the fees are quite comparable with other similar services, but I get that completely! It’s a necessary evil for the convenience of it.

  19. I have been using paypal for at least 15 years now and I have been super happy with it. it is easy to pay anyone whether it is a vendor or family or friends. I have never had issues with them and do not have to worry about security breaches.

  23. I signed up for a PayPal account many, many, many years ago (back when I opened my 1st eBay account). Since then I have used it to pay for and receive thousands of dollars, money sent across the globe, and not once have I EVER had an issue! PayPal is a wonderful, trustworthy, easy to use program we are so lucky to have!

  24. I LOVE PAYPAL! With online scams (especially this time of year) it makes me feel more comfortable making purchases and controlling the money companies can access. It’s just a great online service that I hope more and more companies accept as payment.

  26. I did not realize Paypal and Walmart had a partnership. I am a huge shopper at Walmart and I use Paypal for just about everything online. I’ve had both accounts for years and couldn’t imagine life without them now. Guess I need to get up to speed amd make my life just a little more easier. Thanks for the information.

  27. I think paypal is great for online shopping, but I’m going to use an ATM to get cash if i need it, which is rare these days.plus i don’t accrue fees when i use the ATM

  35. I upse Paypal for my everyday needs and it’s never failed me. It’s also helped me by taking the consumer’s side when I needed to file a dispute on someone who scammed me nad didn’t deliver

  39. I’ve never seen this option, but my husband does the payments at checkout. lol I use PayPal online, but never knew they offered it in brick and mortar locations. Very interesting!

  40. I’ve been using Paypal for years and I have yet to have any problems. I think they are trustworthy and it is the most widely accepted transfer service.

  41. I love Paypal and have used them for years. Not only can you securely purchase items on line with them but when you “cash out” from a reward app, like Ibotta, you can have the funds delivered and then transfer them to your bank account if you wish

  44. I’ve had a lot of good luck with paypal and have used it for years. Recently though, I had a couple of problems and it was hard to get them straightened out. So I would say it works great if you don’t have any issues.

  45. I think PayPal is a scam. We lost over 1,000 dollars several years ago and had to close down our Ebay business. All because s scammer filed a complaint on Ebay and ebay refunded the scammer. Our PayPal took the funds from our bank account. Our bank account was overdrawn by PayPal due to the refund.

  55. I had no idea about this partnership between Walmart and Paypal! I use them sometimes for online shopping. I also love being able to send someone money instead of using a service like Western Union (which are pricey!)

  57. I use PayPal online and other ways, but I haven’t heard about cash in and cash out money service. I will have to check into this, it’s great and a lot safer than going to the bank especially at night.

  66. I am not sure how easy it is for us here using paypal. When we use the paypal for one of our payment process, it tool us 3 months to incase the money we used for online payment.

  83. I use paypal for online shopping. I have not heard of this new way of using Paypal through Walmart but it sounds helpful and convenient!
