Stylish Sustainable Clothing for Moms

Being a mom I don't shop for myself very much at all. Don't get me wrong I'd love to but I always seem to get distracted with kids stuff. After all, they are always growing out of their clothes or destroying them. Either way, they NEED new clothes more than I do.

I love the fit and feel of these Kara Jeans ($89). They are a super soft stretch denim made of 75% organic cotton. They are perfect for doing everything from cleaning the house to running errands. The cuffs are optional but add a nice detail to the tapered leg. They come in several colors (mine is indigo), even prints for extra fun!

As for sizing, I took my measurements and ordered accordingly. The pants are a bit snug so I probably would order a size up. Luckily, it's not so bad that I can't wear them. Thank god for the stretch because I love these pants!

I paired my Kara Jean with the Liana Sweater ($79) in dusted blush. I love how versatile this lightweight hemp and cotton sweater is. You can dress it up or down depending on the pants you were with them. Jeans dress them up a bit but you could totally wear these with leggings too for an extra comfortable look.

I especially love that you can wear a strappy tank top underneath the sweater to give it extra interest while the wide neckline can make you feel a little bit sexy yet covered up.
