This Rosemary and Eucalyptus Foot Soak recipe is an easy DIY to pamper yourself. A homemade foot soak that’s all natural and SO relaxing!
I work at home on the computer. So literally, I sit on my butt practically all day — between doing the mom, wife, and caregiver thing anyway. Yet I still feel like my feet need to be pampered.
Maybe it's because I find foot massages so relaxing. Or maybe it's because I think I'm inheriting my grandmother's circulation issues and I think foot massages will help.
Either way pampering your feet is good for you and that's why I came up with this Rosemary and Eucalyptus Foot Soak recipe. The benefits of these two essential oils work together with my handy Hangsun Foot Spa to give you the most relaxing experience possible.

Rosemary and Eucalyptus Foot Soak Recipe
Have you ever used a foot soak before? Most people haven't because they often forget just how much our feet do for us. They carry us around all day for goodness sake. They deserve some pampering, don't you think?
Well, lucky for you it's super simple and inexpensive to make a great foot soak.
Materials Needed
- 1 cup Epsom salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
- 20 drops Eucalyptus essential oil
- 20 drops Rosemary essential oil
- airtight container
How to Make a Foot Soak
In a large bowl, combine Epsom salt, baking soda, and powdered milk; whisk together. Add essential oils and whisk until thoroughly combined. I also like to add fresh rosemary and eucalyptus to give the mixture an extra boost. That's totally optional, though.
Pour mixture into an airtight container and enjoy!
How to Use Your DIY Foot Soak
Pour 2 tablespoons of the foot soak into a basin of warm water and stir. Kick back, relax, and soak your tired feet for 20-30 minutes.
Benefits of Rosemary and Eucalyptus Essential Oils
Eucalyptus essential oil can help relieve pain and tension in your feet with its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It's also been known to combat odors!
Rosemary essential oil has been known to improve circulation, helping joint and muscle pain.
I picked up my glass container at Hobby Lobby, the essential oils are from Pure Parker, the wooden scoop is from Amazon, and the rest of the ingredients I had on hand or are from Target. Happy soaking guys!
