I love how Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea throws in a lot of educational, safety, and health tidbits along the way. For example, as you are riding on that cloud they remind you to wear your seatbelt like you would in a car, when you see some vegetables from way up in the sky they remind you how they are good for you, and when we visit the sea they remind you to be respectful of other people's homes.
Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea is an amazing CD that my kids request to listen to often. Breathing and counting techniques combined with learning and soothing sounds is a perfect match! Highly recommend!!
