Fruit Pizza With A Sugar Cookie Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough logs need about 1.5 logs
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • variety of fruits Your choice!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice cookie dough about 1 inch thick and place on a greased pizza pan, leaving about a 1-2 inch border to compensate for expansion.
  2. Press dough flat using wax paper. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.

  3. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and powdered sugar until thoroughly whipped. Spread onto crust.
  4. Decorate with sliced fruits. Arrange in whatever pattern you like.
