Fruit Pizza With A Sugar Cookie Crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice cookie dough about 1 inch thick and place on a greased pizza pan, leaving about a 1-2 inch border to compensate for expansion.
Press dough flat using wax paper. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until golden. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and powdered sugar until thoroughly whipped. Spread onto crust.
Decorate with sliced fruits. Arrange in whatever pattern you like.
For the filling, you can also substitute a jar of marshmallow crème mixed with the cream cheese.
