Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone mat. Grease with cooking spray.
Line crackers on baking sheet in a single layer; touching end to end to fill entire pan. They should fit roughly 5 x 8 rows.
In a small saucepan, melt butter on low heat. Once butter is melted add brown sugar and increase heat to medium. Constantly stir mixture until it begins to boil. Once boiling, let boil 3 minutes without stirring.
Pour mixture over crackers; making sure to cover each one. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven and top with chocolate chips. Let sit for 5 minutes. Smoothly spread chocolate over top; cover every cracker. Top with almonds and refrigerate until set. Break into pieces. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
