Easy Caramel Corn

A sweet and crunchy, caramel popcorn that is easy to make right in your own home. It's the perfect addictive snack everyone will love.

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4-5 quarts popcorn


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Pop the popcorn and place in a large roasting pan. Set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt until the mixture begins to boil. Boil 4 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popcorn; stir to coat.
  3. Bake for 1 hour; stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely then break into pieces. Enjoy!
