Cinnamon Apple Crisps with Pumpkin Yogurt Dip

Baked apple chips with cinnamon are a perfect fall treat. Okay, A LOT of cinnamon! And are even better dipped a creamy Pumpkin Yogurt Dip.

  • 2-3 apples
  • cinnamon sugar mix sprinkle to your liking
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup greek vanilla yogurt


  1. Preheat your oven to 200F Degrees. Thinly slice your apples. I used the thin blade on my mandolin slicer.
  2. Place on a silicone baking mat lined baking sheet in single layer.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. More or less depending on your preference. I like A LOT as you can tell.
  4. Bake the apple slices for about 1.5 hours, flip, and continue baking for another 1.5 hours.
  5. Turn off the oven but leave the apple crisps in there until it's completely cooled. While the oven is cooling mix the yogurt and pumpkin together in a small bowl until well combined.
  6. Add the spices and stir well. Let the dip meld in the fridge for about an hour while the oven is cooling down with your apple crisps.
  7. Dip your cinnamon apple crisps into the pumpkin yogurt dip and taste Fall!
