“Texas Style” Creamy Tomato Macaroni


  • 12 oz. Skinner® Texas Shape Pasta
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil; Hand Torn
  • Parmesan Cheese and Extra Basil for garnish, if desired


  1. Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, over low heat, combine alfredo, marinara, and basil in a medium saucepan; stirring until well blended.
  3. Cook pasta a minute passed al dente according to package instructions.
  4. Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2-1 cup of the cooking water, and return pasta to pot.
  5. Toss the pasta with creamy tomato sauce and half of the reserved cooking water; let cook for a few minutes until ready. Add more reserved cooking water if necessary.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve with parmesan cheese and extra basil, if desired.
