Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
Meanwhile, over low heat, combine alfredo, marinara, and basil in a medium saucepan; stirring until well blended.
Cook pasta a minute passed al dente according to package instructions.
Drain the pasta, reserving 1/2-1 cup of the cooking water, and return pasta to pot.
Toss the pasta with creamy tomato sauce and half of the reserved cooking water; let cook for a few minutes until ready. Add more reserved cooking water if necessary.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with parmesan cheese and extra basil, if desired.
