Do you ever have bloating that just doesn’t seem to go away? Maybe it’s time for a detox! As you know organs like the liver and kidneys filter out all that bad stuff that gets into your system. Over time these toxins can build up causing you to bloat, be extra tired, or just plain feel bad. As time passes on most things need a tune up, this is where a detox comes in. You may need more help than a probiotic can provide!
A detox like Young Leaf Natural Wellness Detox Tea can help you get all that nasty stuff out. It can even help your digestion, increase your metabolism, and suppress your appetite. How you may ask? Well, it’s all in the ingredients.
Young Leaf Natural Wellness detox tea isn’t just any ole tea, it contain specific ingredients for specific reasons. And they are all organic with no chemicals or added flavors!

This detox tea is loose. I love how you can see all of the wonderful ingredients this way. Pretty, huh? Anyway, you will need a tea strainer/infuser to make this tea. Personally, I love my Mr. and Mrs. Silicone Tea Infuser Set. They are just darling and work perfectly with this tea. For each cup of tea you will use one tablespoon of the Young Leaf Natural Wellness Detox Tea mix and brew for 5-7 minutes. I’m a rebel and just leave my infuser in the cup the whole time!
I think the tea has a nice flavor. No one ingredient sticks out to me, it’s just tasty and easy to drink! This tea won’t have you running to the bathroom every two minutes either as it doesn’t have any laxative effects.
It’s a great way to start your morning or splurge in the afternoon. The one main thing I’ve noticed about the this detox tea is that it does suppress my appetite. Perfect for those of you trying to lose weight and be healthier!
